Kinshasa, April 2nd, 2025 (CPA) – Crisis communication and media diplomacy were the focus of discussions between the Democratic Republic of Congo’s minister in charge of communication and the media and students from the National School of Administration (ENA) in Kinshasa on Tuesday, according to a press release.
‘The ‘Rwandan poison’ is a well-orchestrated lie propagated by the Rwandan digital army with the aim of weakening us.
To confront this war, the DRC has set up several fronts, including military, diplomatic, media, judicial and economic’, said Patrick Muyaya, Minister in charge of Communication.
For Minister in charge Muyaya, the issues at stake in the war in the east of the DRC are well known.
They are territorial expansion, repopulation, control and plundering of resources, extension of the Rwandan regime’s sphere of influence and political survival.ACP/
